And who defines the system?
When all politicians refer to economists as the basis of what they "have to"
do (privatization, globalization etc.), it's a bit hard to believe that
"economists are just the handmaidens"...

Anyway, the debate on whether it's economists or neo-cons or politicians
is pretty moot -- what matters is that Predators are in charge, and as long
as that is the case, they will continue to prevent the distribution problem
from being solved.  For their own profits at the cost of everyone else.
