Actually, Oekonux is the perfect example of a group of pie-in-the-sky
Marxists who have lost all traction in the real world. (I have been
on the German Oekonux list and in the end I was censored and practically
banned just for mentioning the Predators/Producers issue.) They keep
blathering for years about the free copying and unlimited abundance of
information, but fail & refuse to acknowledge the fundamental & crucial
difference that material matter can NOT be freely copied and is inherently
scarce (even if the blueprints are free). What is very telling is that
they have included MAPS but not land in the "things that should be free".
I'm sorry, but you can't build a house or dwell on maps, nor grow food on
maps... Sort of a parody on "modernized" Marxism: They no longer
collectivize land, but maps! Instead of "let them eat cake", it's now
"let them look at maps of wheat fields!"
