So long as they are spraying DDT twice a year, that is by far the most
effective.

The evidence is overwhelming.

I do try.  But sometimes reality is nasty.

Investments with a bad agenda (and usually a high ROI in mind) is NOT
"really giving it away".

For example, the Gates Foundation is paying to spray Africans' homes with
toxic, ill-making chemicals "against mosquitoes".  A Swiss charity OTOH pays
them anti-mosquito nets to cover the windows, which are more effective and
totally non-toxic.
