The relevant comment to make about the following is that the world will not have to be "forced" into alternative methods of energy production. It will jump to producing energy via hydrogen production with alacrity if the research I outline comes off. (And because the Chinese government has hoisted Life Sciences to the top of its research priorities then despite America's present lead, China may be the first to develop the hydrogen-producing bacterium.)
