What about civil wars?  Barroso explicitly warned about that, and as former
PM of Portugal, he should know...


I don't know. I haven't thought this through. Maybe he's right. My first
reaction is to think that typical civil wars in the past have tended to be
in the nature of "haves" against "haves". In these modern times I'd have
thought that we're more likely to have terrorist incidents by the
"have-nots" against the "haves".

Perhaps it's time for people to finally understand that it's either
society or top Predators  that will have to go.
