This doesn't matter.  Discriminating/insulting any group based on
provenience or ancestry is racism, also by law (in the Europe that REH
hates so much).  If a shopkeeper puts out a sign like "French won't be
served here", he will be prosecuted for racism, even though the French
are not a race.  The same goes for religious or gender groups (by the
same law) although they're not a race either.

And when REH links Sarkozy's personal behavior to his alleged Mongolic
ancestry, that's racism.

So, REH's excuses are not convincing at all, and he even repeated ...

[Actually, his statement was "you're such a pig", not just "you're being .."]

It is hard to understand why Arthur doesn't draw the consequences.

I wouldn't have lost a word about this, not even about the "pig" insult,
but if expulsion from the list is being considered, no double standards please.
