In the commie version of list management, people will be banned to Siberia
for stating "uncomfortable" facts or opinions.

In a pluralistic free speech list, the only thing that is not accepted is
name-calling like "you're such a pig" and continued racist slurs against
ethnic groups, like "the Swiss" or Europeans in general (no matter what
their personal opinion is, i.e. even those who sympathize with Indians!).

After the offender has repeated these insults and refused to apologize,
it also doesn't help that the listowner asks posters to boycott an _other_
user -- the target of those insults. That will only encourage the offender,
and it did.

I have no interest in perpetuating the useless bickering -- on the contrary,
since months I have been asking to stop it --, but OTOH I also don't have to
turn the other cheek when the offender continues to hit.

What is especially worrying is the lack of education on which these attacks
are based, such as in this latest example:

> Some European countries brag about
> their mountains and their four populations under one flag.
> I have more than four populations in my apartment house.

REH can start bragging when the bank notes, products in the shops, laws,
official documents etc. are written in the other languages too, when the
government maintains radio and TV stations in all 4 languages, and when
every citizen can communicate with the government in his own language, and
the other languages are being taught in schools. Before America would
implement that, Spanish will replace English as its only official language...
