Well, it could be. I was writing only this morning that I didn't think that China would help Europe much. The above suggests I was wrong. We'll have to see just how much China will help. What with its own huge problems (trying to create enough employment for its rural people), and subsidizing American government debt, and investing heavily in Africa I can't see how it can help all that much.
