We have all become so individualized that we all have a precise place in an
infinitely long pecking order (or several, of course). The pecking orders
are so long that only a microscopically few have a satisfying role within
it (them). Except perhaps in relation to our immediate neighbours (that is,
if we know who they are).
Better get back to hunter-gatherer sized groups
