Apparently Loughner was a follower of David Wynn Miller's extensive writings and rambling seminars http://dwmlc.com/index.php , that hinges on the idea that grammar and language are being manipulated (possibly by the U.S. Postal Service) for mind control, and that Miller has access to a mathematically-derived "true" language.
