Upcoming on the CBC Ideas program, February 2nd, a debate on the question: "Green Growth or No Growth?" Here is my knockdown argument against the illusion of "green growth":

Either the technology/jobs Cornucopia Axiom and the Jevons Paradox are both "absolutely true" or they are both contingent.
