Try to talk to farmers I've had to work with about such as this and they look at you like you're from another planet. But it's not really about "making money" just making a living. But even the local gardens I work are mostly for show as the owners can either afford to buy all the food they want or they eat out /all/ the time. It is a fast approaching breakdown.
