The only problem is that it doesn't work. The American workers formulated a
retirement plan that avoided the problems of the depression. The assumption
was that everyone would work and pay in. What wasn't planned for was free
market unemployment that would not fund the future Social Security so now
they are going after the seed corn. Didn't Jesus have a story about
putting spirits into pigs? I'm not a Christian but I seem to remember
sermons about that on the reservation when they were trying to convert we
heathens. Google Jesus and putting spirits into swine. I believe it's
in Mark and Matthew. He also had something to say about people who corner
all the money bragging about the taxes they pay compared to a Widow who paid
everything. According to the folks here the lower classes don't pay taxes
but of course they pay the same tax as the rich man on whatever they eat or
the gas the buy or their houses. The same tax except compared to their
income it's not the same as Jesus pointed out but the Christian nation
ignores. You wonder why we didn't believe them and as soon as they took
the government ban off of our religion we started using our way again.
It's much fairer and better. :>))
