One of the computer gurus in my IT dept. tells me that he spends about
2 weeks each semester just removing cookies and changing browser
settings to 'allow for session'. Less savvy users seem to be
determined to accept all cookies, permanently. And, there seems to be
a surfeit of those less savvy users, even among college-educated folk.
Go figure....

This was pretty much a reflex action back when the web was new. ...I
wonder how the demographics for cookie settings break down now.
