Ah! To be or not to be Germany before or after Bismarck. It seems also
that everyone wishes for a King to give a plutocrat the power to unify
things. What is often forgotten is that Plutocracy is a form of
government and not just a collection of "wealth creators" for themselves.
That's a tough one for such a contentious group of hard heads as the
European cultures. Their cousins are no better here.

Yes I have them in my family as well. It seems I'm a cousin more confusing
to them than they are to me. They would not only take us back to before
Civil Rights and back to the "freedom" of segregation, or not, but to
before the Civil War as they re-write history and preach the glories of
slavery but then blame it on "socialism." They play games but deny the
referee so the game is not a game.

Those original "slavers" didn't like Indians because we WERE socialists and
their descendants even now don't like us any better although we are impotent
to stop them. They would prefer that we go the route of the Etruscans.
Europe is stuck in a story that they do not know they have created and can
uncreate. I suspect the only way that will happen will be the same as
the last century. 100 million dead to cut back on over population and
hit the restart button. For such people, plagues are not actually a "bad"
thing as long as THEY survive. For such nice people with beautiful and
phenomenal Art, they sure have a violent streak.

WW III will undo the banks and restart the button but will they have
destroyed the planet because they could not "imagine peace together" even in
a time of holocaust? We got a look at the kind of people they are when
that banker came to NYCity and was jailed for rape. He probably didn't
do it but his excessive nature made him useless to his family, his party,
his people and to his country. Such a lack of insight should be an
exception. Unfortunately it isn't.

Subject: [Futurework] The Eurozone is now a farce

The Eurozone has now become a farce, and the Heads of State who are meeting
today at Brussels will have to be magicians with words if they are to
convince investors that the Eurozone has any future at all.

Today's Summit should have been that of Finance Ministers who were to have
supplied the final details of the rescue plan for Greece through to Italy.
Late last night it was postponed to an unknown meeting in the future -- very
likely a meeting that will never be held. It's not as though the Eurozone
problem is of recent origin. Officials and politicians have been kicking the
can down the road on at least a dozen occasions in the last two years. The
cancellation of the present rescue plan is only the last of these.

After opening this morning, the London Stock Exchange tried to be brave for
the first ten minutes but shares are now (8.30am) plunging. Is this the
beginning of a "depression that will be worse than anything in the last
century" (Sir Mervyn King, Governor of the Bank of England)? Readers would
be well-advised to buy a few gold coins while they're still available before
Eurozone investors get at them.
