The last sentence of my piece today was badly expressed. Please
replace with the following:
It's a change from Keynesian precepts (shovelling more money into
state education to try and reverse declining quality) to Say's Law
(if the supply of high quality education is legally allowed to expand
out of taxation [education vouchers], then it will create an
increased demand by discriminating parents who are more aware that
their children will be entering a more complex world).
