I was in Washington in the sixties and 1970 when two administrations were in place. Although Nixon had much experience in Washington, he made dumb moves in his first three years of office. I figured that with all of his intelligence, Obama would also need time to learn just as all of them do. No one term limits Wall Street and the term limits in Washington just guarantee that you will have amateurs who learn and then leave just when they could have done some good.
