When the Artists complained about, everyone said that we were doing it wrong and that if we did it right we would prosper like the local banker. They always have used artists to go first and gentrify the locals. Then the 2% move in and move out the artists. I agree with you Sally. But I don't think you believe it was deliberate. I do.
