But even they may be disappearing in the non too distant future. When forced to by sufficient competetion one of the chains or perhaps a brand new one with start a fully automated set-up. In the further future, perhaps when 5-star retaurants in tne inner parts of the most prosperous cities cannot attract enough waiters and cooks who can afford to live within affordable daily travel distance may also bring in automation. They will probably keep a snottish wine waiter so that someone can be flattered in front of his guests, but on the food side many of the top restaurants already use ready-prepared packs.
