Negotiatons are being tried. The ultimate goal of this, as it is stated by the LO is that any worker can get paid education one year every third year, or four months every year, two years of work give the right to one year of paid education, and that it is the worker who decides which kind of education he/she is to get. I guess it is many years to this goal is reached, but the LO demands that the companies takes their first steps. Three parts should pay this reform: the workers, the gouvernement and the companies, and the two first part are willing to pay their share.
