Ah! But how can we accomplish this through further *deregulation*,
cutting government spending for everything except increasing
military spending for "Star Wars" and civilian
spending for more prisons, and by further unfettering the
infallible higher-than-human wisdom of "the market"?  
(We know that these are the *only* forms of social planning
which will not almost assuredly make matters worse than
they already are!)
