It seems that Mr. Dzhibladze didn't get the point of this initiative (that
the _US_ had to prove itself democratic before considering monitoring other
countries' elections) -- that's a pity, considering his affiliation.  But
to understand why the US isn't democratic even if the votes are managed
without "irregularities", Mr. Dzhibladze should perhaps read Orwell or
Sun-Tzu (on how to win a battle before it even started etc.).
