Sure? Since McDonalds doesn't exist in a vacuum, but kills the jobs of
other restaurants, actually a *better* job *would* be there without
McDonalds (probably also more [local] jobs, not just better jobs).
This reminds me of a recent 'study' (paid by M$) that "shows" that the
M$ monopoly is *beneficial* to the economy. Of course, the study ignores
any possible alternative system(s) that could exist if it wasn't for M$'s
destructive behavior (and how much more beneficial these other systems
would be for the economy)...
