Hmm... what about 'DINKs' (double income no kids) who earn much but spend
everything quick on luxury items/travel/etc. and live in a new big house
they bought *on debt* (so they have to pay low taxes), like their Ferrari
too ?
By the above metric, those luxury types would be classified as belonging
to the "poorest 1 %" ...?
