I'm trying to track down a quote, reportedly made by Canadian International Trade Minister Pierre Pettigrew, "It's certainly not the protesters who made me appear before my colleagues, trembling, to tell them we have to render the texts public." The image of Pettigrew "trembling" before his colleagues is priceless, even more so considering that the Harry Potter character *Peter* Pettigrew is a rat who seems to do quite a bit of trembling in fan fiction on the web (I was doing a key word search on "Pettigrew" and "trembling"). I would like to verify if the other, come to think of it, rat-like *Pierre* Pettigrew actually described himself as trembling. And trembling with what? His fervor for democratic openness?
