Now, now, old friend.
Free Trade is the movement of goods and people across borders. It doesn't mean movement of people into our houses - or our sacred places.
The laws of a country apply to all goods from inside and outside the country - and that applies to the movement of people. Your home would still be your castle and your conservatory would be inviolate.
Needless to say, the Fat Cats are happy to wax indignant over supposed "incursions on national sovereignty" when what they really mean is WTO attempts to remove their sacred right to screw the consumers of their countries.
(And the peoples of other nations, for they are international in their screwmanship.)
It amazes me that the left oppose U.S. Free Trade, when it is the best way to cut into the privileges enjoyed by these corporate protectionists.
(I coined "screwmanship". Maybe it will become an accepted word. Would you like to know the defined concept behind it?)
My hunt and peck is so bad. I wish I had known your mother and that she had taught me to type.
