Obviously not - or I wouldn't have mentioned them. They are government run and subsidized hospitals, so you can expect gurneys in the corridors. Perhaps the best system of health I have experienced was in Ontario, where the doctors has formed something called PSI, which stood for Physicians, Surgeons, Incorporated. (OMIGAWD! A nasty vicious corporation!) Anyway, the doctors made house calls - something disappearing (or disappeared) - in modern society. The combination of PSI and Blue Cross was excellent. And the system didn't run out of funds in November as I understand your nationalized health service now does. In any event, it will cost more and more money, providing poorer and poorer service as the decades go by. When a private company fails to do its job, the customer goes somewhere else. With a governmental operation, only the rich can pay for it and pay for another source. Lots of luck!
