Hi Harry,

Or would they just have decided that anything given so little time and
effort could not be very important and skipped most of the work as
unnecessary and "bureaucratic nonsense."     Sounds like Texas.    They
spend very little time governing and if they didn't have the oil funding
their major Universities they would be in deep trouble.   The same thing
happened at many of the old Oklahoma schools where oil funded everything
until it ran out.     You would not like the curriculum that they have
developed for the purpose of validating their relevance in today's
marketplace.    Lots of sports and business, business, business.
