Arthur, I missed that Friedman editorial so thanks for forwarding it. I have always found Friedman to be insightful and sincere even if I have not always agreed with him [he has managed to survive my less than total acceptance some how]. I felt we had lost him when he started espousing globalization [go back to his editorials six or eight months ago]. Now he is back and doing good work.
