Also, both the German constitution[1] and penal code[2] explicitly outlaw incitement and preparations for a war of attrition, with jail of at least 10 years up to life sentence for preparations. If the US and Israel would have the same laws, most if not all of their past&present Presidents/PMs would be in jail and the world would be much closer to world peace -- most evident these days.
