(Applause.) OK. Any newspaper people or talmudic scholars on this list? What does the "sic" mean? I would think it means that Bush really said "consumption" even though the listener might think prima facie that that was an error in transcription and that he really said: "conservation". This is a good one, and I am proud of the White House Press Office for making it so easy to verify the source text.
