The quotes you cite, Ray, are by no means Bush's "Best".
Slate.com has a sampling on a page that advertises a whole
book of Bushisms:

   http://slate.msn.com/?id=76886

I would urge everyone to start reading www.whitehouse.gov.
For instance, go there and do a search on "trifecta".
I also verified this quote:

"We need an energy bill that encourages
               consumption."--Trenton, N.J., Sept. 23, 2002

When I looked up dysphasia in Webster's dictionary online,
I got the following:

: loss of or deficiency in the power to use or
    understand language as a
result of injury to or disease of the brain

In Mr. Bush's case we may wonder if he suffered any
blows to the head, and how much of his problem is
innate vs how much might be due to alcohol and cocaine
from his post-natal but pre-reborn days.

Shouldn't somebody do a neurological examination of
this person to determine if he is competent
to wield weapons of mass destruction (etc.)?
