concrete bunker that had previously housed a
fighter jet, but had been blown open by a direct hit
of a bomb that penetrated through the roof and
detonated inside:
HARD ROCK CAFE UNDER NEW MGMT
As George Steiner said: Most books are about other
books (i.e., new symbols usually recycle old symbols
in our semiotic ecosystem).
(One might also note how this example nicely illustrates
the universal truth that authentic art is always
a product of struggle against adversities.)
