In a free enterprise world, one should not
forego any competitive advantage (certainly one
should not count on the other fellow doing so,
although one is free to *try* to get him to do
so to increase one's own competitive advantage, etc.).

I would want to be called whatever would bring
me the greatest net benefit (grants, affirmative action
placements, whatever...), minus whatever downside
aspects there are.

Capitalism reduces all values to exchange value.

What's the "net"?
