I'll try a response to the other points you made tomorrow.  Meanwhile, I'm
not sure that you are right about which I favour, and I have to admit that
I'm not sure I really know.  I know that I dislike ideology based on
assumptions of how people behave, or on what is in peoples' best interests,
or on paradigms which may once have fit the world but now may no longer do
so.  Perhaps I see how societies organize themselves and try to organize
others as being very largely self-serving to the organizers.  Business is
certainly like that, and I've seen plenty of evidence that cooperatives,
started with the best intentions, are also like that.  Perhaps even
free-traders are like that?
