I did. Its a puff job. They
cleaned up the Carter connection mentioned by Haig in his memo and if I read
Lawry correctly he seems to have drawn his post from the Reagan administration's
double dealing. The memo relates not only to Reagan but to
Carter as well.
The PBS URL shades the writing about the
Elder Bush administration's tacit approval of Sadaam's invasion of Kuwait with
the statement: "The State Department
continues to make it clear the U.S. will not intervene in the
dispute."
Gee whiz who would have ever thought that was a go ahead for the
bankrupt Sadaam to invade Kuwait? Too much time spent on that drug at
Kinnebunkport.
