A Ferrell child that has been deprived of perceptual stimulation is stunted forever in the brain.   People who are not given aural abstractions from the beginning will always have trouble with issues having to do with aural abstractions simply because their brains are not wired for it.   It would follow that all of the skills that flow from these perceptual abstractions can only be developed if the potential is developed as a form of aesthetics from the very beginning of child development.   I am not implying that people can't learn or that wiring doesn't adapt.   Simply that the very highest abstractions like grammar do not.    Jenny the Ferrell child that was found at 13 was very bright and had a good memory for words but the concepts of sentences and grammar were never a possibility.    When they looked her brain the MRI showed a stunting in the advanced areas that could be seen.    She was kept in a darkened room tied to a bed and a chair for 13 years before being found.   The work with Jenny has proven to be true with other children that they have found as well.   It seems clear that consciousness, that we call human,  begins in the abstractions of perception i.e. aesthetic judgments.    Aesthetics are antecedent to all other disciplines as predicted by C.S. Pierce before the data could be proven by observation.    Pierce a scientific philosopher proved it by logic.    Where is the logic in today's handling of such things?    Where is the logic in choosing economic solutions over science?

The people that we place in charge of developing the scores or programs for that development are deliberately kept on a subsistence level and distracted to the point of giving up.   WHY?     What is the point?
