action to rein in / remove the fools.  Ultimately all the way up to CEOs and
the political arena.  ("fool chain", so to speak)

Medically, the pathway of "eating the anger" leading to heart arrhythmia
in people without the "usual" organic conditions is well established
(Roemheld syndrome), albeit little known.
