Thank you Lluis, you pointed me to the right direction by pointing me to my favorite recipe (Default). I ended up modifying the "*FvwmIconMan-Windows-Right: Resolution Global" line to "*FvwmIconMan-Windows-Right: Resolution Page". I did the same to the Windows-Left section as well.
