Thank you Lluis, you pointed me to the right direction by pointing me
to my favorite recipe (Default). I ended up modifying the
"*FvwmIconMan-Windows-Right: Resolution Global" line to
"*FvwmIconMan-Windows-Right: Resolution Page". I did the same to the
Windows-Left section as well.

I think there's one recipe that does exactly this, so you can look at its
code to make a modification of your current one.

In fact, I've looked through the source of one of them
(/usr/share/fvwm-crystal/fvwm/recipes) and I see the the object you're
talking about is FvwmIconMan, so looking at its manpage, I've seen the
Resolution option, which you could change in your windows list panel
bymodifying your current recipe with

  *FvwmIconMan-Windows: Resolution Desktop
