Yes, you should either put it in the decration code, or
~/.fvwm-crystal/userconfig (if you want it to apply for every decoration,
which won't always look pretty). Besides, almost all Crystal decorations are
not meant to be resized using window frame (you can though, of course), but
rather using MMB on the titlebar, or Alt+MMB on the whole window.

That also will be a good idea. We just need some code to select the directory
where are the files are. Or better yet, not setup a static menu, but rather
a dinamic one, like the XMMS playlists or window decorations. We can use zless
in a terminal for handling them.
