I modified the Makefile to modify 2 variables in fvwm-crystal.generate-menu. I committed this in my repo.
It work just fime with "make prefix=*" but I get in trouble with portage. The result was /var/tmp/portage/x11-themes/fvwm-crystal-9999/image//usr/share/fvwm-crystal/fvwm/Applications I know at other packages management system use a similar process with sandbox when building the packages, so other distributions as gentoo will get the same problem. I modified my ebuild and it work fine now. I think at it is better to have it as it, because it will work when installing by hand with "make install". And it is the job of packages maintainer to fix that kind of things when making a package. So, it will be enough with the Makefile as it is now, and a note in the INSTALL file. I will add them tomorrow.
