Both Music-mplayer and Music-alsaplayer have a speed control. This control get
confused in my system by my user init script. The problem was at, when using
gdm, gdm inherit root locales, when using gnome-session, this program seam to
inherit some gnome preferences, and to change the locales only in ~/.bashrc was
not enough. I created a ~/.profile with the same locale setting as
within .bashrc and the speed control is happy with it.

This issue affect also FVWM-Crystal. I must have both files to the same locales
setting to be sure at I will get the menu in the wanted locale.

I also think at most users want get this problem because they are using only one
locale setting in their system. But it can be the case with an user locale that
differ from the system locale.

After fixing my user setting, I fixed this speed control. It must work now with
any locale using "," or "." as decimal point (tested with fr_CH.UTF-8 and
en_GB.UTF-8).

Ciao,
Dominique
