I committed some utility into the addons directory that will help you to update your user configuration. Just checkout the svn and follow the instruction into the NEWS file. You you don't added custom env variables with "-" into their name, running this utility will do all the job for you. This will work only with fvwm-crystal installed from the svn. I am almost done with the 3.0.6 release and all this will be included.
