Hi, I recently upgraded Python to 2.6, and the Application menu disappeared. This bug had been mentionned on this mailing list in July 2007.
It seems that "with" is a python keyword, and cannot be used as a variable name anymore. So, I renamed that variable to "withdir" - and the bug is fixed. Patch is attached. Xavier.
