Please also note that the wallpaper functions will fail with unpredictable ways
when the wallpaper filename(s) contain non standard characters. This apply to
other generated menu as well like the playlist menu. This is a severe fvwm
limitation when fvwm functions are dealing with UTF-8 characters into the
filenames.

By standard, I mean nothing because it is no definitely recognized standard when
dealing with filenames. See
http://www.dwheeler.com/essays/fixing-unix-linux-filenames.html for a general
explanation of this problem.

Applied to something like fvwm-menu-directory, this can be a nightmare.
