This is a header proposal for all the .c files. Please comment on it:

/* Copyright (C) 1993 Robert Nation. No restrictions are placed on this code,
 * as long as the copyright notice is preserved
 * Copyright (C) 2007 Fvwm Comitee

Maybe the copyright should be left to the bottom of the header, as
some files have more copyright holders than just Rob Nation. Any
advice?
