libsvg: Fix header inclusion #warnings
Versions of librsvg prior to version 2.36.2 needed to include
<rsvg-cairo.h>, however in later versions this is not necessary; the
developers would instead prefer it if you only used <rsvg.h> directly.
I'd also prefer it if the developers in question designed their API so we
didn't need bloody #defines and other sodding preprocessor checks.
