If you've already cloned from the mvwm repository before I gave you
commit access you should be able to set a remote back to mine as in:
% git remote add upstream https://github.com/ThomasAdam/mvwm.git
And then push anything you like to 'upstream'. I'm assuming that
'origin' points somewhere else, such as a repository you may or maynot
have cloned to your own Github area, but the distinction is academic at
this point.
