Add lighten/darken capability to colorset expansion.
* Added expansion for appending .lighten<p> and .darken<p> to
a color set expansion, such as $[fg.cs<n>.lighten<p>] or
$[shadow.cs<n>.darken<p>].
* Added missing $[fgsh.cs<n>] expansion to manpage.
