* Place windows on given Xinerama screen; new style option StartsOnScreen
(defaults to 'c').
* Fixed handling of default_screen argument in XineramaSupportParseScreenBit().
* Keep expanded icon titles on screen.
* Default icon box fills only the primary screen.
